
The manager has zero management skills and very rude, the receptionists are not customer friendly. After too much pressure he finally agrees to give us the OCS's number, the police come but the management refused to give us the go ahead to check the building.

Karanja suddenly has selective amnesia in that he does not have the mobile contacts for the police in that area. These were office laptops you can imagine the information lost and the management is not even concerned. The laptops magically disappear, their CCTV is conveniently not working and what baffles me is that when i go to report the receptionist already has a suspect and tries to justify on how that is the person who took the laptops. The receptionist behaves as if shes not aware her work entails engaging with her customers, who puts such people in the reception? The most annoying experience happens when i lose two of my laptops as am having dinner in their restaurant. Poor customer service, checked into the hotel at around one we had to check out the rooms on our own reason the receptionist is all alone so one has to figure out for themselves where the rooms are located. The rooms are okay and the prices are fair but the management doesnt seem to know its dealing with people who rely on satisfaction to come back to the hotel and give secondments to.
